ATE Maintenance

Partech is contracted by BAE Systems to provide maintenance support for the Navy Automatic Test Systems at the Naval Air Station in Nowra.

Partech has been providing this service for many years in support of the Navy´s Seahawk S-70B-2 helicopters.

We currently maintain the following ATE:

• ELATS
• ESATS (SAC-512)
• GENRAD 2225

We perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on the ATE, scheduled activities include:

• Execute daily confidence tests on all ATE stations
• Execute Operational Assurance and Fault Isolation test on all stations
• Execute Certification and Calibration software on all stations

Unscheduled ATE maintenance activities:

• Repair ATE and sub-assemblies as necessary
• Maintain database of failing instruments, assemblies and components for statistical use
• Hardware and software configuration management

Status Reporting

Partech provides a weekly status report to our customers, covering station usage and maintenance activities.
